The planned rules for community indexes: 3 to 10 approved memes, creator fees, the MTF stake and the seed lock. Off at launch.
Planned rules#

| Ticker and name | ticker up to 12 letters or digits, name up to 48 characters |
| Degen flag | any index holding a Degen meme is flagged Degen |
Card art and metadata#
Creators can attach card art and a short description. The app uploads a JSON file {name, ticker, image, description} and stores its URI on chain with IndexFactory.setIndexMetadata(indexToken, uri) (at most 256 bytes). The URI is set by the creator and not checked on chain, so the app only renders ipfs:// and https:// URIs, fetches them with a timeout, validates every field and falls back to a plain monogram card on any failure.
